Custom Jumber Light

For the client’s 40ft high central atrium above the cash counter, we engineered a dramatic, three tier “jumbo” ring chandelier with outer diameters of 6 m, 4.5 m and 3 m. This multi level fixture delivers a stunning focal point while meeting strict requirements for dust and moisture proof performance at height.

Materials and Execution

• Segmented Ring Construction: The 6 m ring was precision fabricated in four interlocking segments (and the 4.5 m and 3 m rings in similarly sectional builds) to ensure perfect joint alignment during on site assembly.
• UV Treated Epoxy Fascia & Copper Finish Aluminium Sides: Each ring’s outer face uses UV stabilized epoxy for lasting color and gloss, framed by copper tone aluminium panels that resist corrosion.
• Sealed Housing: Continuous gaskets and hidden end caps lock out dust and moisture, preserving the LEDs’ longevity in the 40 ft ceiling void.
• Integrated LED Linear Fixtures: High output, energy efficient LED strips mounted inside each ring provide uniform, glare free illumination.
• Hoisting & Alignment: Custom rigging brackets allowed each ring segment to be lifted and precisely joined at height, then aligned to maintain concentricity across all three levels.
