This project holds a special place in our journey—it marked our return to work after the first wave of COVID-19. Tasked with transforming a bare shell into a fully branded retail outlet, we executed the design, fabrication, and installation of signage and interior elements under unprecedented constraints, making it both a milestone and a challenge.

Execution under COVID-19 Protocols

Adapting to the “new normal,” our team followed all mandated safety guidelines. From hand gloves and masks to rigorous social distancing, every aspect of production and installation was aligned with COVID-19 protocols. Despite the restrictions, our factory in Delhi handled the bulk of the work efficiently, minimizing time spent on-site.

Challenges Overcome

• First project post COVID-19 lockdown, requiring strict adherence to safety norms
• Extremely tight installation window—less than 12 hours overnight
• Transport logistics from Delhi to Lucknow during partial lockdown conditions
• On-site execution in a bare-shell space with a strict 15-day deadline for base finishing
