Project Overview
Baba Supersign created a custom 4 ft Merry Christmas decorative sign using a red acrylic backing, LED neon flex lettering and festive acrylic motifs. The circular display combined the “MERRY CHRISTMAS” message with stars, tree forms and other seasonal elements to create an illuminated feature suitable for festive displays, events and decorative installations.

Materials and Execution
- Red Acrylic Backing : A 10 mm red acrylic panel formed the main structural and visual backing for the circular display.
- LED Neon Flex : Flexible LED neon was used to form the “MERRY CHRISTMAS” lettering and selected festive outlines, producing an illuminated neon style effect without traditional glass neon tubes.
- Festive Acrylic Elements : Custom cut star, tree and snowflake forms were integrated with the LED neon lettering to create a layered Christmas themed composition.
- Concealed Mounting : Low profile mounting hardware was used to keep the visible fixing points discreet when the sign was displayed.
- LED Illumination : LED neon flex provided the illuminated neon effect with lower power requirements than conventional glass neon systems.
